Launching soonFor federal contractors — primes and subs

Federal contracting intelligence that does the work.

FedGrade monitors every federal solicitation, forecast, and award, and tells you which ones belong in your pipeline. Then it goes further: it drafts the proposal volumes, builds invoices from your approved timesheets, assembles submission packages, and tracks every compliance deadline. You review and approve everything before it moves.

What FedGrade does

Four stages of the contract lifecycle. One platform.

FedGrade drafts, assembles, and tracks — you stay the signature on everything that leaves the building.

Find

Why this is different

“Cited” is table stakes. Checkable is not.

Every AI tool in government contracting now says its answers are cited. Ask the next question: who checks the citation — and can you check it yourself? FedGrade's answer is a mechanism, not an adjective. A confident fabrication in anything a contracting officer reads is a bid risk, so the pipeline is built to make fabrication detectable by you.

  1. Verbatim substring

Every AI claim quotes the source exactly — a character-for-character substring of a public document — or it shows a placeholder instead. A gap is shown, never guessed.

  2. Entailment check

A second model independently verifies that the quoted passage actually supports the sentence it's attached to. The AI is checked by an AI, and both are checked by you.

  3. Signed manifest

The claim, its citation, and its content hash ship together as an Ed25519-signed artifact. Tampering with any of the three breaks the signature.

  4. Verification without trust

Signatures and hashes recompute anywhere — no FedGrade account required. Your contracts lead, your CPA, or an auditor's script can validate any FedGrade claim without trusting us.

FedGrade is in private preview.

We're opening seats gradually ahead of launch. Tell us about your agency focus and pipeline, and we'll reach out as seats open.

Every inference traces to a verbatim public-source citation, entailment-checked and signed. SOC 2 Type II and FedRAMP Moderate are roadmap targets, stated as targets. US-region data residency, AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. FedGrade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency.
